I ship at cost with $0 markup and $0 packaging fees! Larger orders may even qualify for free shipping! Delivery service generally takes 2 weeks but may be longer due to flight availability, post office handling times and customs processing.
We generally ship complete orders only, but as some items are made to order, we can partially ship your order in up to 2 parts for NO additional cost (local orders above 500 HKD overseas orders see below "International" section).

Import Duties and Taxes

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if there is an issue with the item. Generally, we will only replace the item with a new one.
We require the damaged /defect item to be first shipped back to us at your cost. After checking damages / defects, we will cover the shipping costs to the manufacturer and back to you if required.
The returned item(s) must be in a new and unused condition and include the original product with all accessories and packaging
The return policy does not cover any item(s) that are altered, misused, abused, or damaged.
